The impact on employment from developers to architects to notaries is expected to be disastrous. It’s an absolute catastrophe.

All indicators are in the red. Sales are expected to range from 85,000 to 90,000 homes.

However, between 2016 and 2019, developers were selling an average of nearly 165,000 homes per year. The decline would be even worse without the – rare – government support measure.
